Leshan Kelixin Chemicals Co., Ltd. is located in Shuikou Town, Central District, in Leshan, facing the World Cultural and Natural Heritage----Leshan Giant Buddha ( 11km ), and the Buddhist Tour Pilgrim near its west-----Emei Mountain ( 29km ) It is about 200 km away from Chendu (Western metropolis). The transportation is very convenient either by water or by railway. It covers an area of 20 mu with total investment of RMB 30000000. There are 100 employees in the company, among which seven senior engineers, six administrators, and twelve specialist technicians. We have two sets of refined chemical reaction devices with higher automation and advanced testing equipment in domestic antifoam industry.

The company was founded in 1999, and dedicated to research & develop the organic silicon antifoam. The products can be widely applicable to the fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, environmental protection, paper-making, petroleum, leather, wood processing, chemical industry etc. The Silicon antifoam belongs to Fine Chemicals with silicon material, and can be classified as a new type of industrial chemicals in many western developed countries since it started into use in the 1990s. However, in china this kind of product can be initially developed since 2000. Therefore, this kind of product will be regarded as national encouraged developing industry, which indicated clearly in Item 9, Clause 9, Catalogue 1 of [2005] No.40 " Guiding Catalogue of National Industrial Structure Regulation" put forward by the National Development and Reform Commission. Meanwhile, the "Sichuan Advanced Industry Conformity and planning for 2005 and 2010" and Investment Guiding of Technical Retrofits scheduled by Sichuan Provincial Economic Commission in 2007, can also note that the importance to develop silicon materials and processing products. After five-year R&D, the company has established cooperative relationship with Sichuan University and Zhejiang University . In 2003 it began to rely on foreign advanced chemical theory and technology, and independently developed a set of complete processing synthetic technology related to organic silicon antifoam, with the leading isomerization and polymerization process under high temperature and normal pressure, integrated oxidation, emulsification, and heterogeneous components into one body. Continuous multi-stage production process can completely change the processing in which many domestic existing suppliers simply realize the silicon oil emulsification and then add a lot of other toxic and harmful additives to produce antifoams. (Be equivalent to foreign technology in the 80s). As for our products, due to the directions for ingredients, the organic silicon monomer will be catalyzed relying on special catalysis, and during emulsification, lengthening recombinant can be realized between molecular chain and organic side chain .So our products have broken through the technical bottleneck such as low and middle toxicity, heat-irresistant, dunking-irresistant, and inferior water-solubility which happened to the antifoams of the same industry in china, and the products can meet high performance levels the same as foreign ones.

After five-year R&D, the company has originally created a set of organic silicon antifoam process, and started its batch production of antifoams including KJ501, KJ601, KJ701, KJ801, KJ802. The product will reduce water consumption by 15% and lower the sewage costs by 10; Meanwhile, it can also avoid the environment from second pollution under existing sewage treatment antifoam. In addition, the loading rate of original equipment can be increased by 5%-10% in pharmaceutical industry (Antibiotic Industry), and enhance economic benefits of antibiotic enterprise. With 25 million invested and annual output of 15,000 tons, the first project on organic silicon antifoam started to work on Aug 8th .2006, and succeeded in testing on Feb 7th , 2007 .With strict control and mandatory management for the safety of food and medicinal & pharmaceutical products in china, the original large-scale toxic or low-toxic antifoams will gradually be withdrawn from the market, and replaced by those organic silicon antifoams with good stable and non-toxic performance. The Company will plan to invest 50 million RMB and launch the second transformation project on organic silicon antifoam with annual output of 25,000 tons in Aug, 2007, and try to pass GDP certification firstly in china so as to start production by the end of 2008.
