Following might be the possible reasons:

1.You provided incorrect information when registering
    We check every user's and company's profile, if any incorrec information are found, we may invalid the ID.

2.You didn't activate your ID in your E-mail

    E-mail address is the first option through which eChinaChem and buyers
(suppliers) contact you. In order to ensure the validity of your e-mail address, we require that you activate your account with the hyperlink in the e-mail we send to you. If you do not receive our Confirmation Letter after filling in the registration information, click "send Confirmation letter" button and the system will resend the Confirmation Letter. The instability of some e-mail service might prevent you from receiving our Confirmation letter. In such cases, you may try again or change your e-mail address.
