User Name:
Please select 4-20 characters. They maybe English alphabets (a-z, A-Z), numerals, underscore "_". One English alphabet in low case equals one character, one numeral equals one character, and one English alphabet in high case equals two characters. You can check whether the user name you fill in is usable or not by clicking "Check ID".

Tips:
1. You may choose an ID related to your company name, so that you won't forget it easily.
2. Don't disclose important personal information in the eChinaChem ID, such as your Credit Card number, or your password.

Password
In order to ensure the security of your account, the password cannot coincide with your ID. Please select 6 to 20 characters. They may be numerals or English alphabets (capitalization matters). One English alphabet in low case equals one character, one numeral equals one character, and one English alphabet in high case equals two characters.

Tips:
1. Be cautious when setting up passwords. For the sake of security, don't use insecure passwords, or passwords that can be easily guessed, such as "111111", or "aaaaaa".
2. Once you think that somebody knows your password, please enter "My Office" and change your passwords with the help of "Change Password" button.

E-mail Address
To ensure the validity of website information and avoid ill-willed registration, one e-mail address can be used to register for only one user name. Don't close the page after registration. Several minutes later the system will send you an e-mail automatically, and you may activate the user name you registered with the hyperlink in the mail. In cases that you do not receive our mail, please click "Resend the Confirmation Letter" button, or change the e-mail address.

Tips:
1. Don't close the page immediately after you finish the registration steps. In cases that you don't receive the activation mail, you may require the system to resend the confirmation letter, or change your e-mail address.
2. Sometimes you don't receive the activation mail after you tried it several times. In such cases, enter a new e-mail address in the "Confirm E-mail" page, and click "Resend the Confirmation Letter" to change the e-mail address.

How to activate the eChinaChem ID
After you finish registration, our system will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail address automatically. Click the activation hyperlink in the mail and activate your account.
