“Twenty years ago if someone had told me that I would be here in Shanghai today addressing a group of esteemed industry colleagues, I would not have believed them”, said Joe Acker in his welcome speech at the Gala Reception. However, today China and USA’s chemical industry has made the historic stride, reflecting the increasing importance of China’s enterprises in the world. More and more chemical companies and industry associations from USA are eyeing China’s market.
