5. Tariff Quotas for Import of Chemical Fertilizers for 2009
On October 10th, China 's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced the tariff quotas for imports of chemical fertilizers for 2009.
The total amount of tariff quotas is 3.30 million tons for urea (2.97 million tons for state-owned traders), 6.90 million tons for di-ammonium phosphate (3.52 million tons for state-owned traders) and 3.45 million tons for compound fertilizers (1.76 million tons for state-owned traders).
