Minghua Lu - CEO
Before co-founding eChinaChem, Minghua was the Business Manager at Amazon.com, where he was responsible for critical web metrics in customer acquisition, retention, churn and monetization. Before joining Amazon, he was a management consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He had worked in the Energy and Chemical Practice in the firm's San Francisco office, and the Asia Pacific Strategy Group in the Hong Kong and Shanghai office. At Booz-Allen, Minghua advised many of the world's top oil and chemical companies on strategic issues such as global business portfolio optimization, total supply chain integration, sales and distribution channel restructuring, mergers & acquisition, organization and human resources system redesign, operation process improvements, and corporate governance.

Prior to Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Minghua held managerial positions in global chemical procurement, marketing and sales, central operation, and product development at world-class petrochemical companies including ExxonMobil Corporation, Genzyme Corporation, BPAmoco Corporation, and China Petrochemical Corporation (SINOPEC).

Minghua has an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University, and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University.

Truman Ren – Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Ren currently serves as VP of Marketing with eChinaChem, Inc. Previously he worked at Affinity Media as its marketing head for Shanghai and Hong Kong operations serving the massively multi-player online game market. Prior to that, Mr. Ren served as the Executive Director of Hong Kong & Shanghai Media Corporation (HSMC). Previously he worked for China Netcom (CNC) as Deputy General Manager of New Business Development, and VP of Marketing with Joyzone Networks, an online game firm under CNC, which he helped build from scratch and grew it into a profitable MMO operational business in China.

While in the United States, Mr. Ren served as Senior Director of Marketing for USWeb/CKS (later became MarchFirst), at which he was a part of the team that successfully pioneered the concept of managed services, later known as Application Service Provider (ASP) and cloud computing. Prior to that, Ren was recruited by Hirsh Industries to run a $40 million post-merger operation as its Vice President and Divisional General Manager. Earlier, he spent over three years with BBDO Worldwide as a seasoned advertising and media professional and as Senior Financial Analyst for Sears.

Mr. Ren holds Master of Mass Communications from Graduate School of Journalism, University of Georgia, and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He received his B.A. from Shanghai International Studies University in China.

Huifang Wu, General Manager, Health Hoo, Vice President, eChinaChem,Inc.
Ms Wu has over 20 year's experiences in pharmaceutical research and clinical pharmacy. She had worked in the PLA medical institutions before 2000, as the Deputy Director pharmacist and as a Licensed Pharmacist. Since 2000, she has been focusing on researching and studying medical information, in areas including the China pharmaceutical industry assessment, market research, supply chain structure analysis, etc. Ms Wu received her master's degree from The Academy of Military Medical Sciences. She is a contributing author for "China Pharmaceutical News" and "Medicine Economic News". She publishes many articles in major newspapers and journals. Ms Wu has been frequently invited to speak at China pharmaceutical conferences and tradeshows. She is recognized as an expert by many professionals of Chinese pharmaceutical industry.
Yimin Feng - Vice President of Business Development
Before co-founding eChinaChem, Yimin was the co-founder of Pensaro, a technology incubation and consulting business. At Pensaro, Yimin developed the China market entry strategy for a network computing company, and helped raise $2 million dollars in funding for an innovative Internet incentive company. He also incubated a college e-commerce website and led the company's overall product development and business development efforts.

Prior to founding Pensaro, Yimin worked for Andersen Consulting where he specializes in high technology and e-commerce strategy consulting for Fortune 500 companies. His project experiences include e-commerce market entry strategy for a leading international financial services company, new product and distribution strategy for a leading telecom equipment company, and service and channel strategy for a leading IT company. Before Andersen Consulting, Yimin worked for Parnassus Investment, a high tech growth fund, where he analyzed technology companies as potential holdings for the company's portfolio.

Yimin graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Michael Friedman - Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Friedman was the Vice President of Business Development of ZhongMaoB2B, a vertical marketplace and supply chain management company specializing in direct materials in Greater China. He drives ZhongMaoB2B's development of strategic partnerships and relationships with investors, market places, third party service providers, technology vendors, and key customers.

Mr. Friedman has extensive business, technical, and operational experience across all segments of the IT industry, but with a strong focus on B2B in Greater China, most recently as CTO of Incubasia and Senior Consultant, Electronic Commerce at Global Sources. He also organizes and hosts B2B events in Hong Kong.

Before joining Global Sources, Mr. Friedman worked for Oracle Corporation for eight years in the United States, Latin America, and Hong Kong. He worked in many areas including product development, video on demand business development, and advanced technology consulting in Latin America and Hong Kong.

Mr. Friedman received his BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He speaks English and Mandarin.
